Your broken mattress will be collected & delivered to our workshop where they will be repaired, tested & cleaned before running a full cycle (24 hr) test.
The repaired & clean mattress is then delivered back to your care home.

The Service:

Your broken active air systems are collected by courier
Fully checked by a system engineer
System repaired, including labour costs
(if any parts are required a quote is provided first)
Courtesy clean including top cover wash
Full system test with 24 hour test cycle
Repaired system delivered back to your home by courier
(if any systems are uneconomical to repair we offer a free disposal service)
No repair – No fee
